Huilong Holdings (08021.HK) recently announced that in the fiscal year ending April 30th, 2024, with Debo Accountants Limited ("Debo"),Pennslammer35500weightNo agreement has been reached on the audit fee, and Debo has resigned as the company's auditor, effective April 19, 2024.

Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Zhibao Xinqin Accountants Limited ("Zhibao Xinqin") as the new auditor of the Group to fill the temporary vacancy left by Debo after his resignation for a term commencing on April 19, 2024, until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
