[Bank of China: US$40 billion medium-term note plans to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange] Securities Times e Company News, Bank of China (601988) announced on the evening of May 23 that the company has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited to issue bonds under the US$40 billion medium-term note plan (referred to as the "Plan") will only be listed by issuing debt securities to professional investors within 12 months from May 23, 2024. The planned listing is expected to take effect on May 24, 2024.
