Gelonghui May 21| Nintendo announced an agreement with Swedish games and media holding company Embrace Group to acquire its headquarters in Miami, USAextrachillifreegameShiver Entertainment, making the latter a wholly-owned subsidiary. Shiver was responsible for porting Switch versions of games such as "Human Kombat 1" and "The Legacy of Hogwarts". Nintendo said that after the acquisition is completed, Shiver's business focus will remain unchanged and continue to port and develop software for platforms such as Nintendo Switch.
