Gelonghui May 16 丨 Sichuan Energy Investment Development (01713videokenomachine.HK) announced that on May 16, 2024,(i) the company and Yibin Zhangwo entered into a Yibin Zhangwo Power Purchase Framework Agreementvideokenomachine; and (ii) the Company entered into a power purchase framework agreement with Shuifu Hongli. According to the Yibin Zhangwo Power Purchase Framework Agreement and the Shuifu Hongli Power Purchase Framework Agreement, Yibin Zhangwo and Shuifu Hongli will supply electricity to the company and its subsidiaries from the effective date of the relevant agreements to December 31, 2026 respectively.
