The hearing of the revocation of the application is scheduled for 11:00 (Bermuda time) on 10 May 2024.

The joint provisional liquidator is now seeking legal advice on the withdrawal of the application.

In view of the possible impact of the petition on the transfer of shares, the company is seeking legal advice on whether it is necessary to apply for an approval order for the transfer of shares (if any) after the presentation of the petition. Shareholders are reminded that there is no guarantee that any approved order will be granted by the court.

In addition, the company's shares continue to be suspended.
