Before the reorganization of Tchain, Beijing Suixin Cloud Chain Group was recorded as an 80.04%-owned subsidiary of the company through Chongqing Jihang in the form of a new Chongqing Jihang control agreement (before swaps). After the Tchain reorganization, Beijing Suixin Cloud Chain Group will continue to be accounted for as an 80.04%-owned subsidiary of the company (but through Beijing Suixin Digital Branch in the form of a Tchain control agreement).

Therefore, immediately before and immediately after the Tchain reorganization, there was no change in the Group's effective interest in Beijing Suixin Cloud Chain Group.
